School events are an important part of your child’s learning and school experience. They help students build confidence, connect with others and celebrate their progress. Events also give families a chance to be involved in school life and share in their child’s achievements.

Eisteddfod
Date: 19th June 2025
Time: 9:30am -12:30pm
This is a whole school event. Students will be performing their musical ensembles.

SRC - Hot Chocs & Crazy Socks
Date: 20th June 2025
Time: all day
Student can wear crazy scocks with their sports uniform and bring along $2 to purchase a hot chocolate.

Soccer Gala Day
Date: 27th June 2025
Time: 8:30am - 2:30pm
Selected students will attend this event at Gipps St Sporting Fields for a fun competition against other schools.

Athletics Carnival
Date: 30th June 2025
Time: 8:00am - 2:40pm
Combined Tintinhull/Timbumburi Carnival is a whole school event.
Parents are encouraged to come along to enjoy this exciting event.

SRC - Pizza Day
Date: 4th July 2025
Time: lunch time
Submit your orders on the form provided on Hero.
Orders close Tuesday 1st July.
P&C meeting
Date: 6th August 2025
Time: 4.30pm
Join our vibrant P&C. Meetings are held on a Tuesday in weeks 3 and 7 of every term in the Stage 3 classroom. Parents and carers are welcome to attend.

School Photo Day
Date: 18th September 2025
Time: 9:30am
Students are required to wear full winter uniform.

Book Fair
Date: 20th - 24th October 2025
Time: to be advised
Book Fair is a special time at our school where we celebrate a love of reading. Students take part in fun activities throughout the week.
